Terms of participation
How registration, fees, payment verification, entry passes and cancellations work for AiCAL 2.0.

1.The event
AiCAL 2.0 — AI Master Class by BNI Calibre Guwahati — takes place on Thursday, 10 September 2026, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST, at Hotel Palacio, Guwahati. It is organised by BNI Calibre Guwahati (“the organiser”).
These terms apply to everyone who registers for or attends the event. By registering on WhatsApp you accept them together with the privacy notice and the communication consent.
2.Registration
Registration happens only through the official WhatsApp number +91 60035 03455. The number you message from becomes your registration number; the website itself collects nothing.
- One active registration per WhatsApp number per event.
- You must provide accurate details when the assistant asks for them. Registrations with false details may be cancelled.
- Your seat is held for 30 minutes once your details are confirmed, so you can complete payment. Holds that expire release the seat; a hold is never expired while your payment proof is under review.
- A seat is reserved only when the organising team approves your payment.
3.Fees
The participation fee is ₹2,000 (no tax). Pay exactly the amount shown in your WhatsApp registration chat; over- or under-payments delay approval.
