Privacy notice
What the AiCAL 2.0 registration platform collects, why, who can see it, and how long it is kept.

1.Who is responsible
BNI Calibre Guwahati is the data controller for AiCAL 2.0. Contact: mayankagarwalaa@gmail.com.
2.What we collect
- Your WhatsApp number — received when you message the official number. It identifies your registration and is checked against the member list.
- Registration details you type in the chat: your full name, age, business name, designation.
- Payment proof — the screenshot or PDF you send, plus the amount and reference the team records when approving it. We never collect PINs, OTPs or card data.
- Conversation history with the assistant, including which messages were delivered.
- Attendance — when and at which gate your entry pass was scanned.
The website itself sets no tracking cookies. A short referral code (for example “WEB-IG”) may be added to your first WhatsApp message so the organiser knows which channel brought you; it contains no personal data.
3.Why we use it
- To register you, decide the applicable fee and verify your payment.
- To issue and validate your QR entry pass and record attendance.
- To send essential event messages (registration, payment, pass, reminders) on WhatsApp.
- To answer support questions and hand you to a person when needed.
- To keep an audit trail of decisions such as payment approvals and check-ins.
