Communication consent

During registration the assistant asks you to agree to the following. Agreeing is required to register, because every step — payment instructions, your entry pass and reminders — is delivered on WhatsApp.

“I agree to receive essential AiCAL 2.0 event messages (registration, payment, entry pass and reminders) from BNI Calibre Guwahati on this WhatsApp number. I can reply STOP at any time.”

Messages are sent from +91 60035 03455 and cover registration, payment, your QR pass, event reminders and replies to your questions. The date and version of your agreement are recorded with your registration.

Automated assistance calls are currently switched off. If the organiser enables them, the assistant will ask for the following separate consent, and you can register without giving it.

“I agree that the automated AiCAL 2.0 event assistant may call me on this number for event-related reminders and assistance. I can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP CALLS.”

• Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat to stop non-essential messages. Essential transactional messages about an active registration (for example your entry pass) may still be sent; cancel your registration to stop those too.
• Reply STOP CALLS to withdraw calling consent. Your number is added to the do-not-call list immediately.
• Type agent at any time to talk to a person instead of the assistant.
